When each of our guests return home, they receive a link to an online comment review asking them (anonymously, if they wish) how they enjoyed their vacation with us. There is no pressure to write a glowing review, as can happen with the "guest books" filled out on board the vessel at the end of the trip.

"... The crew was just awesome! They made every effort to make our anniversary special. The chef made us a cake, the crew got a bottle of champagne for us, the captain did a tear-jerker ceremony for us, and one of the crew stood in as ring-bearer-and-best-man. Wow. They really made the entire week the most special vacation of our lives. They were ALL really fun. And, they work SO incredibly hard. I can tell you this, but you almost have to see it to appreciate it. Before the trip, I thought a 10% tip sounded like a lot. By the end of the trip, I was convinced that it just wasn't enough! They really deserve it ... Ah, what a great time! We didn't want to leave! I have no complaints at all. The food was AWESOME, the crew was AWESOME, the boat was AWESOME ... the salon was great for enjoying a movie in the evenings with the other passengers, there was a covered area if you wanted out of the sun and still sit outside, there was a sun deck if you wanted more sun. The diving was AWESOME ... whales were breaching near the boat on the first morning. Throughout the week, we could frequently hear whale song while under water. Beautiful, beautiful coral.
